| 摘 要： | 循环经济是一种新的经济形态。网络经济和循环经济在现代经济系统中是互补的关系：前者是后者的形式，使后者得以循环；后者是前者的内容，使前者承载更丰富的经济内容。网络经济的发展，使循环经济活动的量化和精确化成为可能，也使循环经济的可操作性大大增强。只有借助网络经济，循环经济系统的功能才能得以实现和彰显，网络经济对循环经济具有明显的促进作用。
