| 摘 要： | 走新型工业化道路是十六大提出的一个重大战略举措,是实现全面建设小康社会的一条重要途径。实施新型工业化战略与发展第三产业不是相互对立、相互排斥的,它们是相互包容、相互促进的。第二产业的提升为第三产业的发展创造了空间,第三产业的壮大为第二产业的优化提供了有利条件。走新型工业化道路是二、三产业互动升级、协调发展的过程。

Inplementing the strategy of the new industrialization and developing the tertiary industry are not opposites but interactants. Taking a new road to industrialization is the process in which the second industry and the tertiary industry will interact and develop coordinately. |
