云南民营经济发展的特点及路径依赖研究

目前云南省民营经济的数量和质量均有大幅度的提升,对本地区经济、社会发展的贡献也越来越大。但民营经济在其发展中显示出大起大落、总体实力较弱和整体规模较小、第三产业偏重、法人治理结构不规范和地区发展不平衡的特征,表明云南省民营经济的总体水平还处在成长阶段,后续发展的空间较大,亟待解决的问题较多。

A Study of the Characteristics of the Civil-operating Economy in Yunnan and Its Route

Recently, the quantity and quality of civil-operating economy in Yunnan have been improved substantially, whose contribution to the development of social-economy in this area is getting bigger and bigger. In the process of development, however, it has showed such characteristics as growth is up and down, total strength is relatively weak, scale is smaller, third industry is overweight, corporation governance is non-normalized and development in different areas is unbalanced. And this makes it clear that the civil-operating economy in Yunnan is still totally on the growth stage, the room for development is large and the problem to be settled urgently numerous.
