| Abstract: | In modern society, people have rich material life. However, the abundant material life does not bring people the ex- pected healthily spiritual life. To understand this situation more profoundly, we need to analyze and compare the alienation theo- ry of Marx and Fromm. Based on the analysis and comparison of the commons and differences between them, this article explores the important enlightenment which the alienation theory brings us. |
