从关系到关系资源--对丁村、胡村社会阶层分化的实地调查

本文将研究视角放在微观层次上,选择关系资源为分析路径,同时结合宏观层面的制度性动力分析,拟以实地调查和理论研究相结合的形式,来探析农村社区阶层分化逐渐发生、发展的过程,研究当代中国农村,特别是以安徽为典型形态的中部地区农村农民的社会阶层分化问题,探讨转型期关系资源与农民阶层分化的关联,并将就实地调查中所获农民阶层分化的具体情况,探析"关系"这一中国传统文化因子向关系资源转变的过程,分析关系资源在农民阶层分化中扮演的角色,对这一微观层面的社会事实做出解释,并尝试性地提出相应的对策,为相关社会决策提供参考。

From "Guanxi" to Resource of "Guanxi"

This thesis discusses the function of "guanxi" resources in the process of social stratification. On the basis of spot investigation and logical analysis, the author proves that today in the state institution, there is not enough non-agricultural opportunity for all of the farmers. In order to get predominant social status and interests, the farmers design and apply "guanxi", the traditional culture resources, in the non-institution space. For the existence of the non-institution space, the author point that the society must emphasize the principle of equality of opportunity in the process of social stratification.
