汉英詈语对比研究

詈语是一种语言现象,是人类语言库中的特殊成分,也是语言研究的重要组成部分。其主要功能是人们对情感的一种表达,而非具体信息的交流。詈语负载着很强的文化色彩,透视着独特的社会心理。詈语研究除了可以发现詈语自身的语言特点外,更重要的是可以通过一种语言的詈语去探索使用该语言的民族不同时代的社会心理和价值取向。本文以汉语和美式英语两种语言的詈语为研究对象,从詈语的类型、功能、文化内涵、演变特点等方面进行对比研究。

Comparative Study of Chinese and English Curse Words

Curse words are a special type of linguistic phenomenon and an important part of linguistic research. Their main function is an expression of feelings, rather than exchange of specific information. They are loaded with strong cultural color and reflect unique social psychology. By the study of swear words, we can find their linguistic features, and more importantly, we can explore the specific national psychological and social values of different times conveyed by them. This paper makes a comparative study of Chinese and American English curse words in terms of type, function, cultural connotation and evdution characteristics.
