自决权理论的“三种版本”：比较与评价

自决权理论在产生和发展的过程中，由于受到多重因素的影响，形成了三种不同的版本，即马克思主义的自决权、国际法上的自决权和西方学者的自决权。这三种不同版本的自决权对于自决权的性质、适用范围和内容等有着不同的主张。我们在理解和把握自决权的内涵时，应以国际法版本为主，以另外两个版本为辅。

A Comparative Study of the Three Versions of the Self-Determination Theories

Considering the right of self- determination, different theories of the Marxist self- determination, the there have appeared, along with its development, three self-determination in international law, and the self- determination by Western scholars. Each has different interpretation on self- determination concerning the nature, scope and contents. It is suggested that the international law version should be given top priority, with the other two as the supplement.
