中国特色社会主义形成发展的根本原则

十月革命胜利使社会主义站到新的历史起点。理论构想与实践基础、理想境界与现实国际环境、东西方不同文化背景的“三个错位”，成为社会主义道路的“特色”的客观依据。中国特色社会主义坚持历史与逻辑的辩证统一，从社会主义初级阶段的基本国情出发，以现代化和中华民族伟大复兴为总任务，坚持以中国社会主义建设的伟大实践为根据，成功地回答了社会主义在一个经济文化落后国家如何实现现代化建设这样一个历史课题，以中国社会主义发展中的实践特色、理论特色、民族特色、时代特色推进了社会主义历史发展的新进程，丰富了科学社会主义理论。

Dialectical Unity of History and Logic: the Fundamental Principle of the Formation and Development of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

The victory of October Revolution brings socialism to a new historical starting point. Theoretical conception and prac- tical base, ideal realm and the practical international environment, different Eastern and Western cultural background constitute ＂three dislocations＂, the objective base on which ＂characteristics ＂of the socialist road develop. Starting from the basic national conditions of the primary stage of socialism, taking the modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as the gen- eral task and having the great practice of China＇s socialist construction as the basis, socialism with Chinese characteristics ad- heres to the dialectical unity of history and logic and successfully solves the difficult historical problem of how to realize the mod- ernization in an economically and culturally backward country. Socialism with Chinese characteristics of practice characteristics, national characteristics, theoretical characteristics and characteristics of the times formed in China＇ socialist development has ad- vanced the new historical process of socialism development and enriched the theory of scientific socialism.
