我国城市化进路中社会风险探析

我国城市化进路中存在的资本和权力的勾连和"经济达尔文主义",消解了人们传统的社会联结方式(村落和单位社会),但新的社会联结的建构相对滞后,导致从传统的社会联结中脱域出来的人们流离于制度之外。社会阶层日益分化彰显,且缺乏垂直流动的渠道和机会;个人之间、个人与公共领域之间、个人与政府之间缺乏必要的社会联结及渠道,原子化社会凸显;从而产生"挫折感"和"相对剥夺感",使社会风险和矛盾集聚。应构建具有政府"合作者"功效的市民社会和非政府组织,以疏通国家和民众间的联结渠道,形成公民社会、市场经济和政治文明三者共同发展的现代社会文明。

Analysis of Social Risk in the Process of Urbanization in China

"Economic Darwinism" and the connection between capital and power in the process of China’s urbanization dissolve traditional social connection methods(villages and unit society),however,new social connection reconstruction is relatively lagging behind,which causes that the people separated from traditional social connection are free out of the institution.The daily increasing differentiation of social hierarchies,insufficient vertical and flowing channel and opportunity,inadequate necessary social connection channels between individuals,between individual and public field and between civil society and governments as well as atomized society make the people produce "frustration sense" and "being-deprived sense" and make social risk and conflict agglomerated.China should construct civil organizations and non-government organization with the function of governmental "cooperators" in order to smooth the connection channel between governments and individuals and to form modern civilized society with triple development among civic society,market economy and political civilization.
