The Supply Chain Cost Control Systems and Their Effectiveness Evaluation

bupply chain is a new management model which adapts to the trendence of specialization.The supply chain model can establish an integrated real estate projects,coordinate the upstream and downstream enterprises and reduce the development costs efficiently.The paper takes the real estate projects in Chongqing as an example to study how the real estate establish the cost-control system on the supply-chain perspective and evaluate its effectiveness on analysis of SPSS principal component.
