主流意识形态利益整合功能与和谐社会建设

改革开放推动我国社会发生了巨大的变化,整个社会的利益格局也发生了较大的改变,人们利益关注的重心也从精神利益向物质利益转移,在意识形态领域里发生了从"价值认同"向"利益认同"的转变。我们要建设的和谐社会决不是一个没有利益冲突的社会,而是一个能整合不同利益冲突并把冲突控制在有序范围内的社会。一切社会冲突的根源,归根到底都与利益有关。能否发挥意识形态的利益整合功能,关系到和谐社会建设的成败。具体来说,要加强马克思主义理论自身的发展,在发展中实现意识形态的利益整合功能;在坚持马克思主义一元价值导向的同时开展主流与非主流意识形态的对话,在沟通中实现对多样利益的整合。

Interests Integration Function of the Mainstream Ideology and Harmonious Society Construction

The Reform and Opening up promotes our society undergoing tremendous changes. The whole social interest pattern has also undergone great changes. The interests focus of people has shifted from spiritual interests to material interests. In the field of Ideology, Changes occur from ＂value identity＂ to ＂benefit identity＂. The harmonious society we construct is not a society without, conflicts, but one which can integrate different interest conflicts and control them in order within the scope. The root of all the social conflicts, in the final analysis is related with the interests. Whether the function of interests integration of the Ideology can be elaborated relates to the harmonious society construction. Specially speaking, it needs to strengthen the development of Marxism itself and achieve the function of interests integration of the Ideology in the development. Also, it needs to carry out the dialogue between mainstream and non-mainstream ideology by insisting on the unitary value orientation of Marxism, and realize diverse interests integration in communication.
