商业模式创新与企业竞争优势：两上市公司案例

以上市公司广电运通和御银股份为例，将两者的商业模式分为调整型商业模式创新和改变型商业模式创新，且二者分别处于行业的成长期和初创期。比较研究发现：初创期的改变型商业模式创新管理成本较高，财务表现不很稳定，且风险较大，但净利润较高；商业模式创新较高的企业能获得较高的获利能力，但也带来了增长的不稳定性和知识管理的难度，导致公司管理费用增加。

Innovation of Business Model and Company＇s Competition Advantages： Two Listed Company as Example

This paper takes examples of the listed companies, as Yuntong of Guangdian group and Guangzhou Kingteller Technology Co.Ltd. The business model of the two companies can be divided as adjusting-innovation model, and reforming-innovation model, and they are in the expansion stage and start-up stage each. The adjusting-innovation model, in the start-up stage, has relative innovational management cost, and finance is instable with big risks, however, it has relative higher profit. The company with more innovation in business model could acquire more ability to make profit, but at the same also bring up instability and the difficulty of knowledge management, which all could result in the rising of management cost.
