Countrymen Launching Newspapers during Wuxu Reform and Its Spreading Effect

This thesis briefly reviewes the first climax of the Chinese ran newspapers during the end of 20 century. Through the analyzing of the background,enlightening idea, popularizing of the new education type and the policy, the article draws the conclusion of the possibility and inevitability of this movement.Then the article enumerates the leader of this movement and their theory, finally summarizes the considerable influences of this movement.
