| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国域名立法工作取得了很大进展，对于解决域名纠纷起到了重要作用。但域名立法中存在的问题也不容忽视．主要表现为域名的法律性质不明确、域名争议的解决机制不健全、域名争议的赔偿标准不明确．解决这些问题的有效途径是制定一部专门的域名法。

| Abstract: | In recent years, China＇s domain name legislative work has made great progress, and has played an important role to solving the disputes of domain name. But the problems existed in domain name legislation should not be ignored, which mainly embodies in the unclear legal nature, imperfect settlement mechanism of domain name dispute and vague compensation standard of domain name dispute. The effective way to solving these problems is to establish a special domain method. |
