| 摘 要： | 立体交通网络建设、产业布局、生态安全保障、区域联动发展是长江经济带建设的重要要素。长江经济带11省(市)发展速度和行动步调不一。建设长江经济带,应加强顶层设计,尽快出台全国性的指导性文件;注重错位竞争,实现差异化发展;切实加强长江经济带区域间的联动。

| Abstract: | The three-dimensional traffic network construction, industrial layout, ecological security, regional development is an important element in the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The speed of development and the action of the Yangtze River Economic Belt involving 11 provinces （city） is not in sync. To construct the Yangtze River economic belt, we should strengthen the top-level design, issue documents to guide the development as soon as possible, make dislocation competition to achieve the differentiated development, and strengthen the linkage between regions of the Yangtze River Economic belt. |
