| 摘 要： | 村落精英的角色与形态在政治、经济、文化发展的影响下不断地发生变化和调整。村落精英的角色历经上级授权代理人、市场经济下的先行者和村民自治背景下的组织者的变迁。在历史发展的过程中，村落精英在规模发展、结构重组、性质变化和功能发挥等方面表现出不同的形态特点。

| Abstract: | Being subjected to the development of politics,economies and culture,the model and role of rural elite is under constantly changes and adjustments.According to its development in history,the role of rural elite in various fields can be described as the deputy authorized by the higher-up,the forthgoer of market economy and the organizer of rural self-government.In the meantime rural elite owns different characteristics in its scale,structure,quality and function with the development of society. |
