| 摘 要： | 运用1978-2006年的省际数据对东西部地区政府财政投资的经济增长效应进行实证分析的结果显示：财政投资对东西部两个经济条件不同的经济体的经济增长效应存在明显的空间差异;此外,财政投资效应也呈现出内在的结构差异性,人力资本投资的经济增长效应较之于物质资本投资更为显著和持久。为此,本文就加大政府财政投资力度,调整财政投资结构,以促进区域经济协调发展提出了相关的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the economic growth effect of fiscal investment from 1978 to 2006 in east-west area.The results indicate that the effect of fiscal investment has obvious spatial differences and the intrinsic structural differences.The human capital investment has more remarkable and lasting positive effect than physical capital investment.Then this paper brings forward the relevant suggestions about enlarging government fiscal investment,adjusting government fiscal investment structure to promote the regional economy development. |
