摘    要:职业管理的来源和发展是与现代人力资源管理实践中的需要密不可分的。教师职业管理的内涵既包括学校和国家对教师个体所进行的激励、指导和约束,也包括个体的自我管理。当前思考声誉管理、情绪管理和习惯管理在教师职业管理中的作用和意义,其目的是通过对"温岭幼师虐童事件"的反思来促进教师重视并管理自己的职业声誉、职业情绪和职业行为习惯。

Abstract:The source and development of career management are inseparable with the practicing need of modern human resources management. The connotation of teachers' career management includes both the motivations, guidances and constraints operated by the school and the state, and the self management. In order to promote teachers to value and manage their own professional reputaion,professional emotion and professional behavior habit through the event of Child Being Abused By the Teacher in Wenling City, we here discuss the function and significance of reputation management,emotional management and habit management.
