摘    要:我国企业劳动关系始终伴随着雇主和员工之间的冲突。本文从冲突管理的视角出发,将企业劳动关系中的冲突分为破坏性冲突和建设性冲突。透析这两种劳动关系冲突对企业的影响,并针对二者分别提出相应措施,以期实现优化冲突管理,构建和谐劳动关系的目的。
