| Abstract: | In order to banning publishing news with reward in news agencies, we ought to start with the enforcement on the journalists' self- control consciousness, namely, by morality of self- control, the journalists will resist publishing news with rewards. The journalists will have antibody to it consciously and do so actively, not passively. |
