| Abstract: | This paper illustrates in detail that a digital library should set some protective measures for the persons with copyright under the present situation that the Law of Copyright is immature.Meanwhile, it suggests that a round-about be avoided when a library becomes a digital one without encroaching upon the right of persons with copyright. |
