| 摘 要： | 在研究生就业竞争日益激烈的社会背景下,研究生就业指导显得尤为紧迫和重要。通过对黑龙江省几所高校药学硕士研究生的就业情况进行调查分析,了解研究生就业过程中存在的问题,为构建全员参与全过程就业指导的研究生培养体系奠定基础。
