| 摘 要： | 日本独具特色的企业培训，是日本企业成功的关键因素之一。20世纪90年代后，日本企业培训发生了凸显的变化。本文以日本企业培训的演进为切入点，透析日本企业培训模式体系及其特点，以期对我国企业培训提供资鉴。

| Abstract: | The unique enterprise training in Japan is one of the key points of the success of Japanese enterprises.After 1990s,Japanese enterprise training changed prominently.The evaluation of the enterprise training in Japan is the starting point of this paper,which interprets the framework of Japanese enterprise training mode and the characteristics of enterprise training,and provides references to enterprise training in China. |
