| 摘 要： | 外交机构是一个国家对外联系的重要部门 ,我国的外交机构与中华民族一样有着悠久的历史。在各个朝代中 ,外交事务作为国家政务的重要一环 ,外交人员都由专门的中央机构和相应的地方机构管理 ,不同的历史时期外交机构和外交官的名称有不同程度的差异。
