| 摘 要： | 与西方社会关系的间接化、抽象化和普遍化相比,中国传统社会关系伦理化使关系本身具有间接的、抽象的和普遍性特性.它造成了关系对社会组织和本应是权利主体之个体的消解、公共领感私人化和权力一元化的社会政治结构.由于历史的惯性,这些问题仍存在于当代中国社会.虽然梁漱溟看到了中国传统社会伦理化关系所带来的困境,但是他本人坚持中国传统社会伦理礼俗中蕴涵着理性精神而试图重建礼俗社会.然而,正像尺子不能度量自身,中国社会要走出伦理化关系的困境,决不能再回到礼俗社会,而必须从人的对象化活动出发,建立起现代法治社会的必然前提客观中介、公共空间和一系列相关的法律制度.
