以人为本与宋代法律思想的演变

作为宋代法律思想的基本理念，以人为本是贯穿有宋一代始终的生命线。随着宋代政治、经济、社会文化的深刻变迁，宋代法律思想也与时俱进：从宋初的体恤民情、重视吏治，中经王安石变法开始利义均重、积极以法律来适应商品经济的发展，到南宋时期既注重保护商人的合法利益又注意适应社会发展。宋代法律思想的演变对当前中国构建和谐社会与进行法治建设具有启示意义。

People-orient and the Evolution of the Legal Thought in the Song Dynasty

People-oriented thought was the core value of the legai thought in the Song Dynasty. With the deep chang in politics, economy and social culture ,the legal thought has an evolution. The ealrly Song Dynasty gave more sympathetic to the people＇ s lives and paid more attention to the governance. It had equal treat to intrest and justice so as to bring into correspondence with the development of commodity economy from Wang Anshi＇ s reform. The South Song Dynasty focued on the protection .of Merchants＇ intrest and changed the obsolete legislation to keep pace with the social development. The experience of the Song Dynasty should be studied.
