| 摘 要： | 在涉及到人的生物试验中,受试者合法权益受到侵害的例子屡见不鲜。为了使受试者合法权益免受侵害,必须研究受试者权益受到侵害的深层次原因。以受试者应享有的合法权益为切入点,结合受试者的现状,从伦理道德、法律规范、管理制度三方面对受试者权益受到侵害的原因进行分析,很有现实意义。
