| 摘 要： | 市民社会的兴起顺应了公民自治能力提高的要求,对市民社会的研究有利于道德建设侧重点的转换,由“官德”而转向“民德”;市民社会自身的相对独立性为权力制约提供了理论依据和现实途径,市民社会的兴起促使政府统治向治理尤其是善治的转变,建立起新型的国家、社会关系。

| Abstract: | The rise of civil society conforms to the demand of the improvement of citizens' self-government ability.The study of civil society is beneficial for the change of emphasis on morality construction from official morality to civilian morality.Relative independence of the civil society provides theoretical basis and practical approach for supervision on power.The rise of civil society urges the change the form of governance fom government governance to good governance in orderto build a new relationship of states and societies. |
