社会阶层分化对和谐社会构建的影响

和谐的社会阶层关系,是构建社会主义和谐社会的价值追求,良性的社会阶层分化对和谐社会构建有积极意义;当今中国阶层分化中出现的阶层分化不平衡、贫富悬殊等现象,使得阶层之间的矛盾和冲突增加,它们对和谐社会构建构成潜在威胁。消解这些不和谐因素,必须在社会整合机制、流动机制、利益统筹和表达机制、文化建设等方面做出制度安排和政策措施。

The harmonious social class relationship is the value pursuing of the socialism harmonious social construction.The good social class differentiation has the positive sense to the harmonious social construction.But now in China there are some phenomenons in social class differentiation,such as unbalanced differentiation and the polarization of the rich and the poor,which increased the contradiction and conflict between the social classes.At the same time these phenomenons will become the potential threat to the harmonious social construction.So we must establish some policies and take some measures in the aspects of social conformity and mobile mechanism,benefit overall plan,expression mechanism and culture construction to dispelling these unharmonious factors.
