| 摘 要： | 德育在素质教育中居首要地位，加之德育地位与现实的不对称，这是高校德育必须改革的理论和现实依据。近期改革可侧重探讨教学方式改革及抓紧双师型师资的培养引进，长期则可侧重探索“大德育”师资队伍的建设，强有力的师资是决定教育改革是否成功的关键。
