| 摘 要： | 教学秘书是学校教学管理队伍中的一支骨干力量,是联系学院、教务处及各系的桥梁和纽带,是教学工作正常运转的中枢,其工作任务繁重,头绪众多。从分析当前高校教学秘书队伍的现状和存在的主要问题入手,进一步认识教学秘书应具备的素质,并结合实际提出加强和改进教学秘书工作的措施,有助于提高教学秘书工作的质量和效率。

| Abstract: | Teaching secretaries are an important group in schools'teaching management team in that it is the bridge and tie of connecting colleges,educational administrative office and departments,in that it is the operation center for the teaching work.And its work is heavy,with many things to attend to.The article analyzes the current situation and main problems existing in higher education's secretary job and puts forward what quality the teaching secretary should hold.It also points out the measures to strengthen and improve the secretary job in order to raise the quality and efficiency of secretary job. |
