Unwritten Political Philosophy Arendt's Political Interpretations on Kant's Concept of Judgment

Hannah Arendt considered Kant's Critique of Judgment as "his unwritten political philosophy". Through analyzing Kant's aesthetic judgment, Arendt found the conditions which make all practical judgments possible: taste, common sense, the enlarged thinking and exemplary validity, therefore she illuminated the political significance of judging. At the same time, Arendt's acceptance of this Kantian concept revealed the problems of her political thought: formalization, non-cognition and aestheticization.
