| 摘 要： | 社会成员的和谐观念与社会主义和谐社会建设密切相关，社会主义和谐社会建设的过程就是社会成员和谐观念的形成过程。社会主义和谐社会的建设，不可能一蹴而就，而是一个逐步实现的过程。社会成员和谐观念的形成不是自发的，而是需要条件的。必须大力发展社会生产力，为社会成员和谐观念的形成奠定物质基础；发展社会主义民主政治，为社会成员和谐观念的形成提供政治保障；发展社会主义先进文化，为社会成员和谐观念的形成提供精神支撑。
