区域经济视角下欠发达地区旅游目的地建设

中国东西部地区旅游目的地建设现状和发展潜力存在很大差距，区域经济发展水平的差异是重要原因之一。经济欠发达的西部地区在旅游目的地建设时，面临着认识上的差距和误区；经济不活跃，客流不旺；旅游规划与地区经济和旅游市场脱节；缺乏整体打造，旅游地综合吸引力差；重建设，轻经营管理；区域联合形同虚设，缺乏整体实力等问题。这些地区在进行旅游目的地建设时，可采取与当地经济互动、协调发展；重视区域软环境建设，提升综合吸引力；从区域经济的实际出发进行旅游目的地规划；以区域经济合作促进区域旅游合作等措施。

Construction of Tourism Destination in Underdeveloped Areas from the Perspective of Regional Economy

There is a huge gap which appears on construction status and potential capacities of tourism destinations between eastern and western China. Constructions of undeveloped western China face the problems of knowledge gap and misunderstanding, inactive economic condition, less passenger flow, disjunction between tourism planning, regional economy and tourism market, lack of unity construction and tourism attraction, emphasizing construction but neglecting management and lack of overall ability. The means of economic cooperation, harmonious development and emphasizing the construction of regional soft environment can be used to promote unity attraction of these areas. In addition, the effective ways also include planning tourism destination based on realities of regional economy and promoting regional tourism cooperation by cooperation of regional economy.
