| Abstract: | Undergraduates' vocational ideal will influence not only their growth and success, but also the development of the society. The establishment of vocational ideal should be based on the demand of the society. Facing the employment pressure, undergrates should try to have a healthy psychology about the vocation, and work hard. In addition, they should cultivate favorable interest, some specialities, various abilities and good qualities. In this way, they can make good preparations for their ideal vocation. |
