| 摘 要： | 法官与律师之间暧昧的关系经常是法社会学关注的热点,然而,我国学界对此种关系缺乏较为新颖的研究,如果将两者在司法过程中的关系以"和谐"视野进行审视,那末,传统和现实都有着两者关系协调性的根植环境.文中通过实证解析,探求了"和谐"应当作为法官与律师关系的终极价值.

| Abstract: | The relationship between the judge and attorney is the hot issue of sociology of law. However, there lack novel researches on it in China. If their relationship in judicial process is researched by "harmony", we can find that their harmonious relationship is rooted in both tradition and the reality. This paper put forward that "harmony" must the ultimate value for the relationship between the judge and attorney based on demonstrations |
