| 摘 要： | 大专作为高等教育中的较低学历层次,在目前新的择业模式和就业压力下,部分学生在择业心理上存在着一定障碍.具体分析这些择业心理障碍,探讨其排除的措施,对于做好大专生的就业工作,为国家输送更多的合格人才具有十分重要的现实意义.
