英语专业语言学课堂教学刍议

摘    要:高校英语本科专业课程分为三个模块:技能模块、知识模块和相关知识模块。语言学课程是英语专业知识模块中的一门重要课程。长期以来,外语教学研究主要集中在技能模块中的听、说、读、写上,而对知识模块中的语言学课程教学的研究和讨论相对不足。本文结合教学实践,分析和讨论了目前高校语言学课程课堂教学中存在的一些问题及其成因,并就改进语言学课程课堂教学的方法,提高语言学课程课堂教学的效果和质量提出了看法和建议。

Abstract:The undergraduate course for English majors in universities and colleges are devided into three sections, the skill section, the knowledge section and the knowledge relevant section. The linguistic course is regarded as one of the most important courses in the English major knowledge section. For a long time, foreign language research has been focused mainly on the skill section. Skills, such as listening, speaking, reading and writing are much streesed, but the research and discuss about the knowledge section is relatively insufficient. With the refernce of the authors own English teaching experience, the essay analyzes and discusses the current problems and their causes in the teaching of linguistic course in colleges and universities, and gives some advice about the reform and improvement of linguistic course classroom teaching.
