苏北农村老人生存状态的调查与分析——以淮安市Z村为例

对苏北农村老人的生存状态的调查发现，该村老人经济拮据，从政府和子女中得到的补助非常有限；健康状况不容乐观，患慢性病的较多，不少老人存在“有病不治”的现象；老年人与子女互动少，子女的情感支持缺位。在目前我国大部分农村地区还不具备建立社会养老制度的情况下，家庭养老仍然是农村主要的养老方式。因此，倡导孝道复兴，挖掘和发挥传统孝道文化的价值，强化子女对父母的养老责任，将有助于改善农村老人生存状态，提高农村老年人的生活质量。

Investigation and Analysis of the Living Conditions of the Rural Elderly in Northern Jiangsu——Taking Z County of Huaian as an Example

Through the investigation of the living conditions of the rural elderly in northern Jiangsu, it has been found that they have financial difficulties and receive limited support from the children, that their health status is not optimistic, chronic disease, long illness without treatment, etc., and that they have little interaction with their children and lack emotional support. Because in most rural areas in China the social pension system has not been established, the family old-age support is still a major way of the old-age pension in rural areas. Therefore, advocating filial piety, displaying traditional cultural value of filial piety, and strengthening the children＇s responsibility for their parents will help to improve the living status and conditions of the elderly in rural areas.
