论高校图书馆采访质量体系的合理构建

文献采访工作的好坏直接关系到图书馆馆藏质量和服务水平的优劣。目前,高校图书采访的不良现状无法保证所采访图书的质量,建立良好的图书采访质量体系是确保高校图书采访质量的重要举措。为保证图书采购权不被错误行使,应按照图书＂三权分立＂的模式,让制定计划的人、执行任务的人、监督执行的人在各司其职的同时,既相互配合又相互制约,以确保图书采访质量体系顺利实现。因此,建立完善的图书采访制度体系、建立切实有效的图书采访质量实施体系并建立强有力的图书采访质量监控体系等措施将有助于构建合理的图书采访质量体系。

To Construct Suitably the Quantity System of Collecting Books in Universities

Collecting books is relevant to the service of the libraries in universities.At present,the bad conditions of collecting books can't assure the quality of the collected books.So it's necessary to construct suitably the quality system of collecting books.Let each person carry out different function to avoid the power being used wrongly.In order to perform the system,three main measures should come into being and the system should include in three aspects.
