精神环保:可持续发展的另一个维度

可持续发展是基于人类无限发展的需要与自然资源的有限性这一现实矛盾而提出的战略思想。人类的生存困境可以归结为两个问题,一个是生态问题,一个是心态问题,而心态决定生态。人类贪婪的欲望是导致生态危机的罪魁祸首。中国传统文化中蕴含着人与自然和谐共生、尊重自然的固有价值和敬畏生命的实践取向等生态伦理思想,为生态文明建设提供了重要的思想资源。目前生态环保已经成为全人类的共识,而精神环保还没有引起人们的足够重视。我们应该树立以人为本的科学发展观,弘扬人文精神、责任意识与和谐精神,注重解决人类的精神处境和精神生活问题。精神环保与生态环保作为可持续发展的两翼,将成为21世纪人类建设生态文明的核心理念。

Spiritual Environment Protection:Another Dimension of the Sustainable Development

Sustainable development is another strategic thought put forward on the basis of the practical contradiction between the needs of human infinite development and limited natural resources.Man’s living dilemma lies in two problems: ecological problems and psychological problem,yet psychology decides ecology.Chinese Traditional culture contains ecological ethics,such as the harmony between human being and nature,respect for intrinsic value of nature and practice for awe of life,which provides important resources for thinking about the construction of ecological civilization.At present,ecological environment protection has become man’s consensus,but spiritual environment protection has not aroused human’s enough attention.As the two wings of sustainable development in the 21st century,spiritual environment protection and ecological environment protection will become human’s core concept for constructing ecological civilization.
