| 摘 要： | 现代新儒家徐复观认为,董仲舒的经学解释与"天的哲学",塑造了汉代思想的特性,影响到先秦儒家思想在发展中重要的转折,在思想上的意义特为重大.徐复观从解释学的角度研究董仲舒之公羊学的建立,揭示其经学解释表现出较强的主观性.董仲舒把阴阳五行的天道与社会政治人生之道贯通起来,构成了天的哲学;天的哲学具有重要的道德意义.徐复观的解释有两个特点:一是重视阐释董仲舒所处的时代政治背景、个性人格对他思想形成的影响;二是同情理解董仲舒其人及思想,一方面能深及他思想建立的动机和目的,另一方面能抉发专制政治对他思想的歪曲利用与后世小儒对他思想的片面发展.
