| 摘 要： | 增加农民收入是中央政府工作重点。农民在生产经营过程中 ,面临着严重的信息制约 ,农业信息问题已经成为制约农民增收的瓶颈 ,发展农村经济 ,增加农民收入 ,有必要消除农业信息瓶颈。

Farmers confront information restriction seriously in the course of producing and operating, and the agricultural information has become the bottleneck of increasing the farmers' income, so, it is necessary to delete the rural information bottleneck to improve the rural economy and increase the farmers' income. |
