新中国以来村治主体的历史演变及特点

乡村治理作为农村事务的主要一项,从新中国成立起经历基层政权与农民共同主体,人民公社单一主体及农民单一主体的三个不同主体阶段。三个阶段中显示出了认识村治主体与经济发展的关系,国家力量与非国家力量间关系以及主体与土地制度间的关系。随着村治主体的稳定,党组织建设,宗族稳定又在影响着村治。因此,必须要明确国家中心任务,以便促进村民自主意识,以便更好推进村治。

On Historical Evolution and Characteristics of Subject in Rural Governance since New China
