城中村改造模式分析及青岛市城中村改造对策

城中村是城市化进程中不可避免的产物，其会引发社会、经济、环境等诸多问题。目前，城中村已呈现出圈层式布局、居民二元化以及经济状况显著不稳定等特点，城中村改造迫在眉睫。城中村改造本质上是政府、城市发展要求和原村民等多方利益主体的博弈过程。因此，以实现多方利益主体的共赢为导向，总结各地城中村改造的经验，提出一条切实可行的城中村改造思路。

On Reconstruction Mode of Village-in-city and Reconstruction Countermeasures of Village-in-city in Qingdao

Village-in-city is an inevitable product that has appeared in the process of urbanization in China whose existence can trigger a series of social, economic or environmental problems. Now those villages-in-city have taken on features like the circle layout, residents differentiation and significant unsteadiness of economic conditions; therefore, their reconstruction is imminent. The reconstruction of village-in-city is essentially a game involved many stakeholders such as government, urban development requirements and the original villagers. Therefore, directed by the goals of win-win of all stakeholders and summarizing the experience of reconstruction of village-in-city in all others cities, this paper put forward a feasible plan for village reconstruction.
