| 摘 要： | 新型农村合作医疗法律制度的政策目标是减少农民“因病致贫”、“因病返贫”现象，自实施以来，取得了显著的效果，但也暴露出一些问题。从法律的视角，通过对目前农村合作医疗法律制度的现状进行深入分析，指出农村合作医疗法律制度的缺陷，并提出完善建议。

| Abstract: | Cooperative medical law system as a social security system concerns every branch and field of the society. This article points out the defects of the cooperative medical law system in the countryside and puts forward the proposals to perfect it by making a deep analysis on the current situation of the cooperative medical law system in the countryside from the view of law. |
