试论新时期我国师资培养途径的战略性选择

从科学发展观角度看，师资培养的科学途径应当是最优化的双向选择。一方面，确保教师职业是毕业生所热爱的、心甘情愿的职业选择，一方面确保教育部门和学校选到素质较高的新人充实到教师队伍。只有开放型的师资培养途径才能适应这种要求。在我国基础教育对师资要求由数量向质量过渡的今天，我们应抓住历史机遇，尽快实施师资培养由封闭型向开放型的战略性转移，以焕发师资队伍建设的生机与活力。
