| 摘 要： | 在世界经济全球化的今日，社会对外语人才的需要呈现多元化的趋势，无论是英语还是日语都面临人才培养模式变更的巨大挑战。复合型日语人才培养模式以日语为基础，与专业相结合，保障学生具有高水平外语应用能力的同时，提高了就业率，符合了社会的需求。
