| 摘 要： | 选择合适的案例对于模拟法庭实训教学目标的达成十分重要。选定的案例应有一定的争议性和可辩性，应反映课堂教学中的重点、难点和疑点问题；案例的事实内容应该尽量丰富，最好选用正在审理中的有社会影响的真实案例或经过适当修正的过往真实案例。案例可以由指导教师组设定，也可以由案例库随机调取。
