当前中国城市行政化社区组织的自主性发展——来自长春市“东站十委”社区的经验总结

当前我国城市社区组织的基本形态是以行政化社区组织为代表的，但它们在自主性上都存在一定的问题。基于对长春市东站十委社区典型的调查，分析行政化社区组织自主性发展的特色之路以及政策意义，指出可以从精英作用、体制创新和资源获得三个方面来理解当前城市社区组织的自主性发展，它们是制约城市社区组织发展的关键因素。

The Independent Development of Urban Administration Community Organization in Contemporary China——-Conclusions from the Experience of " Dongzhan Shiwei " in Changchun

Based on the investigation on the typical community,Dongzhan Shiweiin Changchun,this paper analyzes the special way to develop the independency of administration community organization and its significance in policy. The independent development can be understood from the aspects of elite,institution innovation and resources,which are the key factors to affect the development of urban community organization.
